Here is the Bitmap spread ready for print. I went for a 300 Pixels per inch bitmap which is the highest quality/ frequency of the halftone options. I wanted really good image quality so but if it doesn't work then i will go back and use less quality.
Here is a close up on a section of the bitmap to see how the dots for the image.
